Licensed therapist at Talknet Counseling

Our Mission

At Talknet Counseling, our licensed therapist brings over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care.

As the wife of a Veteran and a former Veterans Administration and Department of Defense employee and supervisor, she has deep personal and professional experience working with active duty military members, their family members, and retirees — understanding firsthand the unique pressures and transitions that come with military life.

Our therapist is trained in a variety of research-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solutions Focused, Mindfulness, Guided Imagery, and Christian Focused therapy.

We provide individual and family therapy for all ages and children over the age of 10 years. Many of our clients are referred by family or friends who have benefited from our services.

Our goal is to develop a relationship built on trust and a shared focus of treatment, so you can achieve your goals and enjoy life to the fullest!
